Shipping Policy

At TBOOST™, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at all times.

Please note that unforeseen customs delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times, and such delays are outside our control.

Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the received item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

We strongly recommend verifying device compatibility before placing an order to avoid unnecessary returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
